Floor Sanding & Refinishing

Preparing and sanding - Sanding process is usually dusty. We begin the process by hanging plastic over open door ways and other open areas where ever possible like kitchen cabinets, closets, bedroom closets. This is a double protection against dust. In case of staining, customer will pick the color of their choice. After the floor is sanded, we show a big sample of the customer pick so he/she can have an idea of what it's going to look like. We can play with the color by making it darker or lighter. When the customer confirms, we stain the floor, we wait for it to dry 24-48 hours then finish it with water base or oil base finish s customers choice.
